At Darton Academy we are unbelievably proud of our 2022 cohort who achieved the highest results in our school’s history – what an achievement that is.

65% of our students achieved a grade 5 and above in maths, while 77% achieved a grade 5 or above in English – we think that is fantastic!

We never stop pushing ourselves to achieve more though, which you can see from the figures below which show such a high percentage of students achieving the top grades of 7 and above:

No one was prouder than our Associate Executive Principal, Anna Rooney, who said: “The Class of 2022 have performed exceptionally well and there is something for everyone to celebrate. This is as a result of the determination and resilience shown by our pupils after a very challenging time and could not have happened without the commitment and expertise of our dedicated staff and the support shown by parents and carers”.
