Options Choice Form

Please complete this form to choose your Year 9 options. You need to:

Choose 1 option from each block, plus one reserve for blocks B, C and D.
RESTRICTIONS
·If you opt for History or Geography in option A, you are unable to choose the other one in option B. ALL students must do History or Geography.
·You can only choose to study a language you have studied at key stage 3.
·If you opt for BTEC Sports Studies, you are unable to opt for GCSE PE.
